The Present Project Proposes The Works To Be Carried Out In Order To Rehabilitate The External Access Staircase To The Tower And The Porched Terrace On The First Floor From The Ground Floor Patio And Make The Newly Rehabilitated Spaces Open To Visitors. In Addition To The Access, The Facades Facing The Main Courtyard Will Be Rehabilitated, Both Of The Porch Area And Of The Tower, Cleaning The Exposed Stone And Any Cracks And Applying A Single-Layer Coating, Once The Entire Facade Has Been Plastered. Inside The Tower, The Existing Disused Toilet Will Be Enabled, Replacing The Roof With A Similar One, With Wooden Beams, Ceramic Cladding And Arabic Tiles. A New Collector Will Be Placed And Downspouts That Will Go Through A Corner Of The External Staircase To The Existing Water Evacuation Facility. The Walls Will Be Plastered And Plastered, The Floor, Plinth And All Decorative Ceramic Elements Will Be Cleaned And A Toilet And A Toilet Will Be Installed, Connected To A Downspout That Will Take The Water To The Existing Evacuation Facility. The Staircase Will Be Dismantled In Its Entirety, Preserving The Main Structural Elements Such As The Landing Stage And The Stone Wall That Supports The Staircase Slab Of The Landing. The Brick Wall That Acts As A Railing Will Be Demolished And The Two Handrails Will Be Dismantled To Clean Them And Treat Them For Rust So They Can Be Used Again. Once The Steps Have Been Dismantled, The Screed On Which They Are Located Will Be Regularized And They Will Be Replaced To Form With Brick, And With The Same Geometry, And Non-Slip Ceramic Flooring. The Railing Will Start Directly On The Stone Wall And Will Rise To The Height Of 1.10M That Marks The Accessibility Regulations. It Will Be Of Black Enamelled Iron, With Vertical Bars Every 10Cm And The Existing Handrail That Has Already Been Treated And Sanitized Will Be Used As A Handrail.
