The Study Will Be Carried Out On Users Treated In The Public Health Services Of The Madrid Health Service In Three Study Areas: Primary Care, Hospital Care (Outpatient Consultations, Emergencies, Hospitalization And Outpatient Surgery) And Summa 112 (Uad: Home Care Units, Vir: Rapid Intervention Vehicles And Mobile Icu: Mobile Intensive Surveillance Units). The Collection Of Information Will Be Carried Out Through A Computer-Assisted Telephone Survey Using The Cati (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) System Or Similar.
