The Object Of The Contract Consists In The Provision Of The Following Services: Maintenance Of Fire Protection Installations And Security Systems Against Intrusion Of Municipal Equipment. The Contract Contemplates The Cost Of Preventive Maintenance, Including Labor, Materials, Machinery And Technical Means Necessary For Its Execution, As Well As The Provision By The Contractor Of The Safety And Protection Measures Provided For In Current Regulations. Included In The Contract Is All The Complementary Work For The Performance Of The Service And All Those Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Contract. The Contract Also Includes Corrective Maintenance Resulting From The Use And Deterioration Of The Facilities, Where The Cost Of Labor And Travel Is Included, Having To Pay The Price Of The Materials. The Modifications To Be Made, Either To Improve The Installation Itself Or To Adapt It To The Applicable Regulations, Will Not Be Included In The Contract And, To Execute It, You Will Have To Present The Corresponding Offer, Not Having Exclusivity To Carry Out The Work. This Contract Includes The Maintenance Of The Fire Prevention, Signaling And Evacuation, And Security Against Intrusion Facilities Of The Bigues I Riells City Council'S Municipal Facilities, Which Are Related To Annex No. 1 Of The Technical Specification Sheet (Ppt) That Governs This Contract. The Detailed Description Of The Technical Content Of The Contract Is Contained In The Ppt That Governs It.
